PRIVACY POLICY OF Laundry Free Life Ltd. Co.(“COMPANY”)
“You “ and “your” means end user accessing and using Application. Other Capitalized Terms used below and not defined below have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions for Use of the Application or Payment Terms.
- Personal Data. Personal data is any data that directly identifies you or can be used to identify you. Examples are: your name, your Social Security Number or Tax ID number, your birth date and place of birth, your parents’ names, credit card account information, bank account information, other financial account numbers, passwords and user names to other online accounts, security codes or keys, and any other information that, if public, may permit others to access your non-public personal and financial information. Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. You carefully read third party privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them.
- Processing Personal Data. You may withdraw your personal data prior to processing by the Company. Once processing starts, withdrawal of your personal data may not be possible. Withdrawing personal data prior to processing may cancel your account and will terminate your right to use the Application and obtain Provider Services through the Application. There are instances or situations where the Company cannot grant your request to withdraw or not process personal data. An example would be where the Company has a legal obligation to keep a record of a transaction or account containing personal data. Further, the Company may also refuse a request to not use personal data that you provided to the Company where doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes, or when the rights of others are harmed or jeopardized by granting your request.
- Personal Data Collected or Used. Personal data supplied by you when you establish an account to use the Application or request and pay for Provider Services are:
- Contact Information. Your name, email address, physical address, Work Site address, phone number, or other contact information;
- Payment Information. Personal data about your billing address and method of payment, bank account details, and credit, debit, or other similar payment card information;
- Transaction Information. Personal data about purchases of products and services or transactions processed or facilitated by the Company;
- Fraud Prevention. Personal data used to help identify and prevent fraud, including a device trust;
- Usage. Data about your use of, access of, and activity on the Application, including browsing history; search history; services interaction; crash data, system performance and other diagnostic data; and other usage data;
- Financial Information. Salary, income, and assets information where collected;
- Other Information You Provide to Us. Details such as the content of your communications with the Company, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels
You are not required to provide requested personal data. However, if you choose not to do so, Company will not and cannot provide access and use of the Application.
- Use of Personal Data. Company uses your personal data to provide access to the Application and access to Provider Services and Providers; to process your transactions; to communicate with you; security and fraud prevention. Company may also use or process your personal data where Company believes it is in Company’s or others’ legitimate interests or to protect third party rights. Company will provide certain personal data to credit card companies to process payment for Provider Services and non-credit card payment information to Providers to allow them to communicate with you and to locate the Work Site and your address.
Company does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing or promotion purposes.
- Retention. Company retains personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or for period that you agreed as a permitted retention period.
Children and Personal Data. Company understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be an individual under the age of 13 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction. Company does not request or use personal data for individuals who are known by Company to be 13 years or younger. Applicable laws impose restrictions on publication and use of personal data for children. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS AND USE THE APPLICATION AND TO CONTRACT FOR AND TO PAY FOR PROVIDER SERVICES.
- Cookies. Application and Company’s websites, online services, interactive applications, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as web beacons, which allow. The Company to understand and track use of the Application and Company’s websites, online services, interactive applications, and advertisements. Some cookies are necessary to provide services or utilities.
If you prefer that the Company does not use cookies, please check with your Internet or cell phone service provider on how to disable cookies. Certain features of the Application and Company’s websites may not be available if all cookies are disabled.
Company regards data collected from the use of cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data. If your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal data by local law, those identifiers as personal data in those regions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
